  descriptionPUGACHEV ROYALE is a more developed version of Pugachev’s Cobra. We added cacao nibs and vanilla beans to a select few barrels of Cobra during its eight months in Bourbon Barrels, then transferred it to brandy barrels for an additional 10 months of aging. Royale displays sweet, ripe fruit notes doused with incredible chocolate aromatics. This is a truly decadent beer to be saved for a special occasion, and will evolve in the cellar for years to come.

  descriptionWe have been unable to shake the idea of creating a rum raisin variant for quite some time. After witnessing what St. Croix rum barrels could do to Pugachevs Cobra in 2016, it was all but decided. Using the perfect ingredients to complement the rich, dark fruit and molasses contributions from the barrel, this simple yet inevitable variant was born. Raisins were flamed in-house to impart a charred, caramelized sweetness that flawlessly blends with the roasty Russian Imperial Stout base. Rounding out the body and mouthfeel, rests the smooth character of just the right amount of Madagascar vanilla bean. This decadent beer earns its place amongst the Pugachev ranks.
