Look: Clear golden color. Half a finger thick white head which quickly disappears and leaves thin lacing.
Smell: Yeast, light banana, white bread.
Taste: Yeast with light banana. Slightly sour, almost milky, aftertaste. Long lasting and a little drying afertaste with slight cheese stickiness. Well masked alcohol.
Feel: Medium carbonation. Light to medium body. Smooth and very slightly creamy.
Overall: What an amazing beer full of taste!. 8/10. | |
