2018-03-03 6 years old. Side by side with 2018. Very different. Fresh better but aged isn't bad. Curious how less age would be. Hint of vinegar acidity in aroma but not in flavor. A bit oxidized, chocolate faded, tastes like an aged dark strong. Smooth. | |
