Suspect this will be a great gueuze with a couple years of bottle conditioning. For now, it's a "good" lambic. :D Funk and intensity was good. Slight sulfur nose and a little floral taste.

Had with pumpkin pie and Redbreast bourbon whipped cream. Killer combo; beer is a little less sweet to my palate. Maybe it's changing a little?

Drank 22 oz of Avery Anniversary Ale - Twenty One by Avery Brewing Company (2014)November 18th, 2018

Old and oxidized. Wet cardboard, caramel sweetness, and a bitter/sour note that built across the first few oz. Drainpoured 90% of it.

Not bad! Tasted oxidized initially (wet kraft paper), which faded as it warmed. Very low booze heat. Thin mouthfeel, but decent head retention. Minimal, but definitely coffee and cocoa present.
Drank 22 oz of Noir by Ninkasi Brewing (2015)November 10th, 2018

Little bit soured and a little dusty, but almost drinkable.
