| Drank 12 oz of World Wide Stout by Dogfish Head Craft Brewery (2013-12-11) | March 8th, 2015 |
2015-03-08 Delicious, chocolate, malt, smoke, and roasted character going on. Love this beer. A hint of alcohol in there too.
2014-04-05 Super solid, no way this is 18%, had the whole bottle myself.
| Drank 12 oz of Fred by Hair of the Dog Brewing Company (2012) | March 8th, 2015 |
2015-03-08 Batch 88, this was the flat one. Flat and, well, flat. Not a bad taste profile though. Too bad.
2014-08-06 Carbonated, so not one of the bad bottles Pablo and I ran into, a little tangier than Adam, a little more overt malt presence. Still a great beer, more hop forward, Adam still the winner but this is tasty.
2013-02-21 Hoppier than Adam, a bit like a barleywine but with amazing balance, no more sweetness than needed. Tasty. (Batch 87)
| Drank 750 ml of Sans Pagaie by The Bruery (2014-04-07) | March 7th, 2015 |
2015-03-07 Had a bit of an acetone thing going, but still some noticeable cherries and a decent sour profile overall. Probably better fresh, but not bad.
| Drank 650 ml of Parabola by Firestone Walker Brewing Co. (2013) | March 7th, 2015 |
2017-08-19 Quick taste, delicious.
2015-03-07 Still the best, delicious beer that gets even more great chocolate and roasted character as it warms up. Need to try the upcoming vintage to remember how it tastes fresh, too.
| Drank 375 ml of Framboise For A Cure by Russian River Brewing Company (2014-09-04) | March 5th, 2015 |
2015-06-26 Delicious as always, not too much raspberry left but still lots of citrus, and that perfect Russian River sour profile.
2015-03-05 Delicious, amazing color, great nose, lots of citrus and still a good bit of fruit there. Amazing beer.
2015-01-23 Still tasting amazing, plenty of fruit, best color of the batches tonight, if anything tasting a little more balanced now than it did fresh.
2014-11-16 Delicious, some lemon character, mild raspberry, great tang, a good start.
| Drank 750 ml of Wineification II by The Bruery (2014-09-11) | March 4th, 2015 |
2018-09-29 Sweet nose, very smooth on the palate, some strong wine notes though not as much as I remember when fresh. Not bad, but man so strong.
2015-03-04 Delicious, so much wine up front, definitely mellowed as it warmed, a fantastic blend that masks the Black Tuesday almost as if it weren't there. Great beer.
| Drank 375 ml of Box Set Track 10 by The Lost Abbey (2015) | February 27th, 2015 |
2015-02-27 Lots of chocolate, great nose, head coloring was great, nicely balanced.
| Drank 12 oz of Farmer's Reserve Blueberry by Almanac Beer Co. (2014) | February 18th, 2015 |
2015-02-18 Not bad, some pronounced blueberry, maybe a hint of butter but quite enjoyable and super tart.
| Drank 650 ml of Firestone 17 - Anniversary Ale by Firestone Walker Brewing Co. (2013-10-01) | February 13th, 2015 |
2017-08-19 Also just a taste of this one, seemed a bit sweeter, less time for oxidation to set in. Not bad.
2015-02-13 Still tasting great, like a strong ale, not boozy, lots of chocolate, caramel, and toffy.
| Drank 22 oz of Hopocalypse by Drake's Brewing Co. (2014) | February 4th, 2015 |
2015-02-04 Definitely danker than last year, not bad but nothing stellar.
| Drank 750 ml of The Vine by Cascade Brewing (2012) | January 31st, 2015 |
2015-01-31 This was amazing, perfectly melded sour notes with awesome grape juice presence, sweet and delicious. Should grab this whenever possible.
| Drank 12 oz of Oyster Stout by Fordham Brewing (2015) | January 25th, 2015 |
| Drank 12 oz of Copper Head Ale by Fordham Brewing (2015) | January 25th, 2015 |
2015-01-23 Normal tasting copper ale, like a less good version of Censored.
| Drank 12 oz of Bourbon County Brand Barleywine by Goose Island Beer Co. (2013-09-24) | January 25th, 2015 |
2015-01-25 The cotton candy is subdued, but this is still tasting great, especially as it warms up a bit.
2013-12-19 Amazing; calling it a barley wine seems almost cheating, it's super thick, awesome marshmallow sweetness coupled with a roastiness in the finish. This is great.
| Drank 12 oz of Copper Head Ale by Fordham Brewing (2015) | January 24th, 2015 |
2015-01-23 Normal tasting copper ale, like a less good version of Censored.
